About the Downtown Yonge BIA
The Downtown Yonge Business Improvement Area (DYBIA) office and our member businesses acknowledge that we operate on the traditional territory of many nations including the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishnabeg, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee and the Wendat peoples which is now also home to diverse First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples. Our physical office and retail spaces are within Treaty 13 territory but our work spans beyond into other traditional territories across Turtle Island.
